The EastWing Group was founded in 2005 by Hungarian guitarist Gábor Kéri and Indian vocalist and tabla-player Shankar Lal, during their collaboration in Munich. Featuring highlights of Hungarian jazz, the group, playing quality crossover, is continuously present on the Hungarian and European scene. Their latest CD, Betyár Világ, features own compositions, as well as arrangments of poems and traditional songs.
