Imre Kőszegi New5 is his group formed recently on this occasion, under musical leadership of Pál Vasvári, a definitive Hungarian jazz musician of the past three decades. Imre Kőszegi New5, a production with own musical program and sound, puts a contemporary improvisational jazz in the foreground, where of course drums and rhythm is playing a relevant role, highlighting all important elements of Kőszegi’s more than 50-year-long career.
