The Vienna-based quartet Klangzeug Orchester was founded in 2013 in the basement of a jazz university. Starting as an acoustic band playing contemporary jazz they soon enriched their compositions with electronical sounds and extended techniques. The music, written by all four band members, shows a great stilistic diversity and is at the same time always focusing on a homogenous band sound.
