At the dawn of the 70’s Hungary and all of central Europe praised him as the first conga-player, who collaborated with the LGT, the Rákfogó, the Kőszegi’s Rhytm & Brass or guitarist Gábor Szabó. His family-band was founded in Columbia with her wife Leonor and his two kids Dávid and Shangó. During this period, they produced 4 album with the 3 time grammy-award winning producer KC Porter. His biggest son, Dávid in 2001 with his Columbian wife, the singer Caludia, moved to Hungary, and here he founded a band, named Tumba y Quema. The collaboration was a dash of colour in the Hungarian music life with lots of succesful concert and on an amazing CD (Son Malozo), when suddenly Dávid Dely passed away early in this year. For tribute concert the parents are coming from Columbia, and his sibling from Spain along with the Tumba y Quema’s musicians and they will play Tumba songs and some of the pieces that hadn’t been released by Dávid. On this evening we gonna hear a lot of exotic music genre including: tambora, cumbia, porro, bullerengue, son corrido, guaguancó, columbia, konga chandé.
