A capricious, multifaceted and rousing presence full of depths – the Anima Musicae Chamber Orchestra’s three-part Capriccioso series invites music lovers to explore 20th-century music. To discover an era in which the previously established boundaries of music were stretched to their limits and dissolved into open questions. On the first evening of the series, the sultry, rhythmic world of Argentina comes to life: featuring singer Klára Csordás and violinist László G. Horváth as soloists, the programme includes Piazzolla’s tango-inspired melodies, as well as Ginastera’s Concerto of an almost Bartókian deepness, and Bragato’s playful Malambo.
