Luca Kézdy is one of the most distinctive violinists on the Hungarian jazz and contemporary music scene. Her playing is at once meditative and passionate – a musical journey woven with improvisation, electronics, and delicate textures, where the boundaries between genres blur. At her solo concert, we can explore the frontiers of jazz, contemporary music, and improvisation alongside her: every moment gives rise to something new and unrepeatable. Luca Kézdy’s first solo album, Home, was released in December 2022, followed in 2023 by Unseen Landscapes, which she premiered on the Opus stage; at the same time, her first and second solo exhibitions, bearing the same title, opened.
