For many years, leading Polish jazz guitarist Marek Napiórkowski has proven himself as an all-around artist with an unique musical language of his own, which is difficult to put labels on: with each musical journey, he takes us into even more intriguing worlds, bound together with his signature sound. His KonKubiNap trio is one of his longest performing project, composed of three outstanding instrumentalists of the Polish jazz scene: bassist Robert Kubiszyn, Napiórkowski’s long-time collaborator and co-producer of four of his albums, and multi-award-winner percussionist Cezary Konrad. Their concerts are a mix of energetic and spontaneous improvisation, expressive solo parts and also subtle, lyrical ballads.
