The incredibly gifted artist, Róbert Szakcsi Lakatos, who is at home both in the world of classical music and jazz, has been awarded at various music competitions since 1995 - among them the best pianist and best soloist in Krakow and winner of the solo piano competition of the 2000 Montreux Jazz Festival. At the 2005 Avignon Jazz Festival, he has been awarded as the best soloist with the Bolla Quartet. Since then he has gained great prestige in jazz circles. Jack DeJohnette and John Patitucci, some of the many jazz giants he played with, described him as a very sophisticated and very lyrical pianist. Outside DeJohnette and Patitucci, Robert played Robert Hurst, Lewis Nash, Gregory Hutchinson, Palle Danielsson, Erik Truffaz, Randy Brecker, Rick Margitza, Hiram Bullock and Ravi Coltrane - and the list is far from complete. Róbert Szakcsi has an incredible popularity in Japan, where he has released nine albums.

1988 born Gábor Bolla started to play the clarinet and then saxophone at the age of ten. In 2004, at the age of 16, he already won the renowned Austrian Hans Koller Prize in the category Talent of the Year, followed soon by a series of further awards. He has appeared on the side of Kirk Lightsey, Johnny Griffin, Jimmy Wormworth, Jojo Mayer, Stephane Belmondo, Jim Rotondi, Don Menza, the Vienna Art Orchestra or the Modern Art Orchestra. Find Your Way, his debut album on ACT Music, was released in 2012. The saxophonist is currently living in Denmark where he is actively involved in the Scandinavian jazz scene, participanting in several projects both as a leader and as a sideman.
