Sharing New Waves (HU/PL)

Polish-Hungarian audiovisual cooperation
19:30
Concert Hall
Program:

Electro-acoustic works and improvisations by Andrea Szigetvári, Bálint Baráth, Bálint Bolcsó, Lidia Zielińska, Michał Janocha, Dominik Puk, and the students of the Liszt Academy of Music, Budapest and the I. J. Paderewski Academy of Music, Poznań.

At the concert, both the Electronic Music Media Art program of Liszt Academy of Music (Budapest, Hungary) and the Electroacoustic Music Studio of Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music (Poznań, Poland) will present works composed by the professors of the faculties and improvisations born from the collaboration between the students of the academies.

The program will show contemporary electroacoustic musical improvisation from a fresh perspective, thanks to reactive visual materials and the live video feed of the players’ control gestures.

Along with purely auditive compositions, audiovisual works will also be presented, in which the auditory materials will be complemented with both pre-made and real-time improvised visual layers.

Tickets are available for 1900 HUF on the spot,
online at bmc.jegy.hu,
and at InterTicket Jegypont partners across Hungary.
