Tamara Mózes represents the young jazz generation with a unique program. The singer, accompanying herself on piano, performs jazz standards along with own compositions with a lot of improvisation.
Her studies at the piano department of Ferenc Liszt Music Academy were continued at the department of jazz vocal and improvisation in Paris, completed with outstanding results. For her artistic achievement she gained French State Scholarship in 2011. She is winner of several international competitions; among her several tours the successful three-week solo tour in spring 2012 on the West-Coast of USA is maybe mostly worth of mention.
In Spring, her 2010 debut album received highest rank by Hungarian magazine, Gramofon. Beside her solo performances now she introduces her new quartet as well, interpreting originals along new and interesting approaches of jazz-standards, popularized lately also by Diana Krall.
