BMC 20/5 is the dual anniversary of Budapest Music Center, celebrating the company's 20-year history and the 5th birthday of BMC House with a three-day festival between the 4th and 6th of May, 2018 featuring classical, contemporary and jazz programs representing BMC's history.

The concert program starts on the 4th of May with BMC 20/5 | Da Capo: György Ligeti's Cello Concerto will be performed by the UMZE Ensemble (conductor: Zoltán Rácz) and Ditta Rohmann. The Saint Ephraim Male Choir (artistic director: Tamás Bubnó) will perform a selection from the history of vocal music with traditional songs and hymns as well as works by Béla Bartók, Béla Faragó, and László Sáry. Piano four-hands by György Kurtág and Franz Schubert will be played by Ferenc Rados and András Kemenes. The closing piece will be Da Capo by Péter Eötvös, performed by the UMZE Ensemble (conductor: Zoltán Rácz) and Miklós Lukács on the cimbalom.
