Zsolt Kaltenecker - piano Béla Piri - double bass András Dés - percussion There are several reasons for the rather uncommon name of the group: on one hand this is the title of a piece, written by Zsolt while playing on a historic instrument built in 1705, on the other it associates with the film Legend Of 1900 and its protagonist who whether or not willing makes a parody of musical pedantry. One of main motivations for members of the group is openness, destroying limits and passing borders, be they real or alleged. It is due to this that the trio's music shows a true homogeneous concord despite its numerous inspirations: melodies and dynamism of pop, freshness of electronic, harmonies of classical and variegation of world music, and of course the freedom and sensitive interplay of jazz. Special features of their sound are besides of complex rhythmic of the piano the special percussion set and frequent use of bow on the double-bass. Zsolt played and made recordings with Béla in the Nineties and with András in the 2000s. All of them walked a long way to find their own sound. The group was formed in 2010 when after 15 years Béla returned from Australia. Free entry!
