Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the Danubia Orchestra Óbuda surprises the audience (and themselves) with a new ensemble lineup. Led by the world famous concertmaster and first violinist Tamás Major, a String Master Workshop is formed by the members of the Orchestra to create a new artistic opportunity, performing string masterpieces on a higher level than ever before. A week-long intenstive preparation preceeds the concert which will give the listeners a peek behind the scenes of meticulous ensemble rehearsals. After the break, the ensemble performs Dvořák's most beautiful string pieces.
