Veronika Harcsa - Bálint Gyémánt Duo: Veronika Harcsa - voice Bálint Gyémánt - guitar Veronika Harcsa Quartet: Veronika Harcsa – voice Attila Blahó – piano Zoltán Oláh – double bass Bálint Majtényi – drums Two different programs, featuring Veronika Harcsa, most popular jazz singer of Hungary, will be performed on this special evening. In the first part we will hear songs from her brand new album, made together with Bálint Gyémánt. Written together, the songs, having basically a puritan arrangement, are twisted by improvised performance and percussive techniques. They are witty, covering a wide emotional and dynamic range and always full with love for living. The English lyrics, as formerly, were written by the singer. The album will appear in March 2014 in Western Europe at Traumton Records, Berlin, followed by a tour. In the second part of the concert the singer will perform her program with her established quartet.
