Károly Gáspár - piano János Egri - double bass András Mohay - drums guest: Gábor Gadó - guitar Károly Gáspár, one of the promising talents of the new generation of pianists, approaches with the same exquisite sensibility to the pieces he plays, let them be jazz-evergreens or own compositions, as to his fellow-musicians. That’s why the sound of his trio is so mature and vivid, and that sensibility is also the reason, why so many established musicians play with him willingly (let’s just mention the remarkable gig of the trio with Miháy Dresch in the Opus last year). This time guitarist Gábor Gadó, featured artist of several BMC-releases, will be the guest of the trio. Though playing together the first time only about a month ago, they have found their common sound immediately. A unique feature of the gig will be that besides Gadó and Gáspár compositions the backbone of the concert will be provided by standards, which is not a common thing in the concert repertoire of the guitarist.
